India is the land of culture, tradition, diversity and holy temples. Char Dham is one of the popular Dham in India. These holy places are symbol of devotion and love.


Char Dham is located in Uttrakhand. This state is in lap of Mother Nature. The Gangotri, Yamunotri, Kedarnath and Badrinath are those four holy places in which we called Char Dham. According to Indian mythology, it is a tour that washes away every sins of life. Char Dham Yatra is starts from the Last week of April to 3rd week of October. Every year several devotees visit these Dham and rejuvenate its mind, body and soul.

Gangotri is the home of Goddesses Ganga. According to Indian mythology, Ganga is the daughter of Heaven. It is also known as River Bhagirathi. Yamunotri is the home of Goddesses Yamuna. According to Indian Mythology river Yamuna is the sister of Yamraj (God of Death). A bath in Yamuna water is relieving a person from painful death. The temple was built by Maharani Gularia of Jaipur, in 19th century. The temple door opens from May to November, due to snowfall and heavy rain. The major attraction of Yamunotri is Surya Kund, Divya Shila, Sapatrishi kund and many more.


Kedarnath is a holy town dedicated to Lord Shiva. It is surrounded by Mountain range and forests. The Kedarnath Yatra starts from April to November for devotees. The major attraction of Kedarnath is Gaurikund, Kedarnath temple, Chandrashila, Deoria Tal and many more.


Badrinath is the Holy town dedicated to Lord Vishnu. It is situated at 3155 meters above sea level. This place is that where Lord Vishnu performed absolution and Laxmi became a Badri tree to save Vishnu from any difficulties. According to Indian Mythology Laxmi is a wife of Lord Vishnu. The major attractions of Badrinath Yatra are Tapt Kund, Brahma Kapal, Sheshnetra, Charanpaduka, Neelkantha and many more.


Char Dham is located on the hilly area so if you are not able to walk then go for Char Dham Yatra by helicopter.
