Change Your Body Shape With These Mind MethodsIf I asked you which foods temp you, most likely they would not be ones that are awfully healthy. I bet they might be ice cream, potato chips, pizza, or something along those lines. In reality, in your mind, you are potentially thinking about a food that isn't healthy. Well, are not you? Stop for an instant and give it some thought. Every new customer that comes to my office for weight-loss has a "craving problem." But I do not see it as a problem at all and here's whyCravings are hodge-podge and we do not have to be controlled by them. Instead, we can be enticed by water melon, pineapple, oranges or apples ; foods like that. Think that sounds crazy? Well it is not and you will see why in a minute. You see in all my years as a Personal Trainer I have yet to come across someone that hates fruit or hates each plant under the sun. Eventually I could ask them how frequently they eat fruits or veggies and it is always a ton less regularly than the unhealthy stuff. After I have gathered my arms and get all the info, we do our thing. I can direct their mind to a tranquil place, and within minutes they will be relaxed like never previously. Then I start talking about their favorite fruits and veggies. I will say to their mind, "from now on anytime you've got a craving for food, you may think about a luscious, ripe piece of fruit. Next thing you know these are precisely the types of foods they start needing. Change your thoughts and you can change what you desire. Let's take a look at this from another viewpoint. Shall we say pineapple is your favorite fruit. Now, if you were sitting with me at this time and I gave you a luscious hunk of it, you would enjoy it totally. You see your subconscious gets used to this and just does not know any better. Begin inhaling deeply till you are quite relaxed. With each count, imagine that your mind is drifting deeper and deeper. After you've finished counting, imagine that you are relaxing by yourself in your favorite place. Next, imagine a basket full of your favorite fresh picked fruit sitting right next to you. See it obviously in your mind, the color, the feel, everything about that fruit. Imagine taking a bite of that luscious fruit and enjoying it like never before. Count from one to five, slowly, and when you reach five open your eyes. By following this exercise you can change you craving patterns in a matter of days.
