Chakra Healing - 5 No Cost Methods To Start Healing Your Chakras

By:

Chakra healing and balancing is becoming much more widely discussed and practised today. The chakras are no longer considered something that only'alternative types' involve themselves with.

Naturally many complementary therapies mention the chakras directly, yet just about everything you do has some implication on your chakra energy - whether you are conscious of it or not. They are linked to you on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level.

There are many ways of bringing your chakras back into alignment or balance - just as there are many ways that pull them out of balance! Here I outline some of the easiest and simplest ways to start to bring harmony back to your chakras - don't dismiss them because they are simple, as they truly are very effective.

Your energy is directed by the concentration of your thoughts. If you bring conscious attention and intention to these simple exercises then you can experience some quite profound experiences.

5 Simple Ways to Bring Balance Back To Your Chakras:

1) Relax! This has got to be one of the nicest ways to bring balance to all of the chakras. By this, I mean 'proper' relaxing - not sitting in front of the TV. Learn to relax on a much deeper level. It is a totally different feeling and experience.

The kind of lives we lead can mean we cling on to tension. This blocks the natural pathways of your energy flow - the chakra energy as well as within your physical body itself. It doesn't have to be serious meditation, don't force yourself. Listen to a guided recording or some restful music and allow yourself to drift off gently.

2) Breathe! I know it sounds silly - but just because we all breathe - we tend to do it by default. It doesn't necessarily follow that we do it correctly. We tend to shallow breathe. A few simple breathing exercises and focused deep breathing can bring many benefits. Anything you do that is beneficial to your body, mind and emotions is of benefit to your chakras.

3) Get Outdoors! It is well known that being outside and close to nature can be of great benefit to us. Regardless of whether that is a trip to the park,a walk by the sea or just time spent in the garden. When we are outside we can easily shift any negative or pent up energy and can take in the invigorating sustenance that only Mother Nature can provide.

4) Move! Our human bodies were made to move - not stagnate. When we change our physiology we change the way we feel and even think. Any form of physical exercise - it doesn't even have to be too strenuous is good for stimulating our energy, helping it to flow.

5) Have Fun! In our busy lives we call upon our serious, logical nature, with all our duties and responsibilities. We forget to have fun. It can seem almost wrong to take time out to enjoy ourselves and indulge in creative pastimes. Yet these very things feed our spirit and our soul to such a degree. It is also in these free moments that we can better hear the ideas and inspiration, that will help us in our daily lives. The answers come when they are left unchased.
