Celebrity Life Los Angeles Homes Beverly Hills

By:

Beverly Hills is an area in Los Angeles that screams luxury, glitz, and glamour. It isn't somewhere that is merely an area that you hear about in movies if you look at the specifics because many people can and do currently live there. You may even be considering it yourself and it should be seen as a viable option. It may be a bit intimidating or confusing at first though because it's a problem to see how you might get moved to the area but a lot of people do so by deciding to look to the western portion of Beverly Hills where some of the mansions get leased out.

Leasing is a great option for people who may otherwise consider buying but aren't exactly in the right situation to do so. Costs are very high in this section of Los Angeles due to the celebrities and the numerous attractions which make demand for the area so high. People who love to see the mountains can look at the Santa Monica Mountains while both Century City and Westwood Village are also within reasonable distance of Beverly Hills. Celebrities are often sighted doing all sorts of activities including shopping, eating, and just socializing in the boundaries.

The mansions that are scattered throughout Beverly Hills are the primary attraction for anyone who wishes to visit the area or live in it as well. Some of the owners of these immaculate homes include well known celebrities like Gene Hackman or Simon Cowell. The area where everything is included is relatively small and densely packed. You'll also find a number of different stores and hotels for visitors to stay at of the five star level.

Shoppers will also be seen frequently browsing along Rodeo Drive which is found in Beverly Hills. It is world renowned for being affluent when it comes to shopping and as a result only the best can be found here. The Grill and Polo Lounge are two of the famous restaurants found here where celebrities are commonly sighted. Visitors who don't want to live here but need a night or two of glamour and luxury can choose from either the Beverly Wilshire or Beverly Hill Hotel. If you, for any reason, find yourself bored or with nothing to do you might want to make a stop at the Museum of Television and Radio or library of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.

The original celebrity appearances began almost 100 years ago here in 1919 with Douglas Fairbanks and Mary Pickford. Some others in that time period included Rudolph Valentino and Thomas Ince. If you are one of the people who wants to catch a glimpse of where celebrities are proud to call their home then you need to be frequenting the Benedict Canyon Drive and Roxbury Drive where most of the mansions end up getting built and then celebrity owned and occupied as well. The celebrity homes are very protected though so don't be too surprised if while trying to catch a glimpse you have to show ID proving who you are.

Beverly Hills location is another important aspect of its appeal. Hollywood is to its northeast. The lawns that shower the area identify the split from one area to another. Beverly Hills has so much too offer and is great for your out of town visitors coming in town and experiencing what you experience every day. There are also nice restaurants and shopping on Beverly Drive where it won't hurt your pocketbook too much. It's a nice town to walk at night without fear of practically anything. It is a well maintained city that boasts elegance.
