With that being said, you must change your diet to help your body achieve normal sweat production. don't worry about going on a fasting diet as these diet changes are easy to adopt in everyday life. You must eliminate the following foods in your diet starting today.

- One of the main causes of sweating is sugar because it can raise the body temperature and, thus, stimulate sweating. Since your sugar high is short-lived, you will want to eat more sugar to be high again and so, the cycle of sugar-and-sweat begins again and again.

- Spices like chilies and peppers contain the chemical known as capsaicin, which stimulates the nerve endings of the mucus membranes and the skin. In the process, the skin feels hot and the body produces more sweat to drive away the capsaicin.

- Monosodium glutamate (MSG) causes a variety of side effects like headaches, flushing and nausea that, in turn, causes the body to sweat more.

- Caffeine stimulates the nervous system, which can also produce excessive sweating.

Instead of these foods, I recommend going for the foods that inhibit the causes of sweating. Drink plenty of water to flush out the toxins as well as eating more whole grains, nuts, peas, carrots, sweet potatoes, bananas, watermelons, kiwis and oranges.
