Getting the hospitality right for your corporate event is always a challenge. Whatever the size or location of your party, coordinating food and drink for people that's of the expected quality and on time can be a daunting task. Good coordinating and communication with your dinner caterer is the recipe for success.

When choosing a location for your party you have to think about how the party will be catered.
You must remember that food and drink staff will need room for preparation and clearing away. If any of this is impossible given the space available, you will have to hire a structure or catering marquee for the purpose.

Don't forget to think about power requirements because some caterers
utilise gas and some utilise electricity for cooking. You might have to
hire a generator for the party and this in turn will have to
have space allocated and be budgeted for accordingly. Even if your caterer is utilising gas for cooking
you may still need a power supply for boiling water for coffee or tea.

Refrigeration might also be an issue. Refrigerated trailers are parked on site or fridges may be
rented from a specialist corporation.

Many party caterers will supply crockery, cutlery and glassware for your
dinner, as well as table linen. However if your dinner is
particularly high end you may want to hire these extra items from a
separate food and drink equipment corporation which provides a wider choice.

Remember that your dinner caterers will generally have a
good deal of experience in many different types of corporate event. utilise their knowledge to
