First allow me to explain what is Gifting, gifting is nothing more then giving another person cash. The IRS will allow any person to give another person up to $13,000 in any calendar year and the recipient of that cash gift does not have to pay taxes on it, the reason is because the cash gift that has been given is after tax dollars so the IRS does not require the recipient to pay taxes a second time. Now there are rules to cash gifting such as you are not allowed to solicit anyone to participate in gifting, however that does not mean that you can not run an ad stating that you have an opportunity and people respond to that ad requesting further information so there is a difference.

So now you are wondering well how does cash gifting work. Well its simple you leverage something of value to receive money, it can be done with your home, cars and jewelry stocks bonds or what ever. How ever most people in fact 97% of the population leverage time for money. You trade your time and expertise in return for money. Some allow you to keep your first person however you are required to give up a percentage of your cash gift to your inviter for every person that you invite normally it is a 80/20 split.

Most cash gifting opportunities operate within a three-tier entry point system the first being $500 the second being $1500 and the third being $3500, once you decide the level that you wish to participate in you are allowed to receive cash in those denominations from those you invite, with these systems most people join at the $3500 dollar level to prevent what is called roll up. If you come in a lower dollar amount and the person that you invite come in at a higher dollar amount you are able to receive at the dollar amount that you are presently participating then the remainder dollar amount rolls up to your inviter.

Now in comparison to traditional Network marketing that sell a product they require you to have your product that you are selling on what is traditionally called an autoship, they have you set a specific quantity of a product to be automatically shipped, this is good in the sense that if you are presently using the product then you will want to have a fresh supply of what ever you are selling, where as those which offer a service such as prepaid legal then you simply sign-up for a membership which bill monthly or even yearly. Either way almost all network marketing companies require you to have some type of monthly subscription in either an autoshipment or membership. The company itself is making the majority of its money from their own independent business owners or distributors. where as cash gifting you make your pledge once and you pay for your monthly subscription to your website or phone line and that is it.

The most important item of this post is can you make money with Cash gifting, well yes you can if you are able to do a few simple task. First can you find 1 person who wants to receive cash if the answer is yes the second question can you direct that person to listen to an automated phone call or video presentation, if the answer yes than third and final thing is can you return a few phone calls and emails to those who are interested in joining your opportunity if yes then you can make money, there are tools and techniques to automate this system and be more proficient at and the better at utilizing these tools the more money you are going to receive.
