Canopy Lighting Fixtures Make Buildings More Attractive

Canopy lights make buildings look more attractive to customers and business partners. Many businesses such as car lots, truck stops, and filling stations, also rely upon canopy lighting to provide clear walkway lighting beneath the eaves that overhang sidewalks and gas pumps. Small Canopy Lights
Ideal for small gas stations and lighting over walkways of single site buildings, these lights deliver 360 degree (Type V) illumination through a segmented, specular aluminum reflector. High-powered factory ballasts maintain voltage regulation at a constant for optimal energy efficiency, and UV stabilizing lenses filter out yellowing of light. The small canopy light fixtures can be fitted with high-pressure sodium lamps or metal halide lamps.

Large Canopy Lights
Great for loading docks, car dealerships, truck stops, and factory and warehouse outdoor walkway lighting, large canopy lighting fixtures also come with either HPS or Metal Halide lamps. Each fixture features a four-sided reflector constructed of high specular aluminum that improves the efficiency of lighting distribution. Made from welded aluminum, large canopy lights feature silicone gasket sealing and mitered corners for weather proofing, which is what makes them ideal for loading dock and outdoor warehouse lighting in cold climates up north and rainy, humid climates down south. Lenses are made from prismatic acrylic assembly that offers high impact resistance and UV stabilization to prevent yellowing.

Garage Canopy Lights
A clear, prismatic refractor lens allows for 360 degree illumination of your parking garage entrances and ramps with powerful HPS or Metal Halide lamps regulated by your choice in multi-tap or 480V ballasting. A segmented aluminum reflector increases both vertical and horizontal foot-candle levels with evenly distributed light. This model is ideal for lighting ramp entrances in multi-storied parking garages.

Recessed Canopy Lighting
Constructed of heavy galvanized steel, recessed fixtures are protected by thermal protection units that allow them to burn for long periods of time without overheating themselves or the surrounding ceiling. A high temperature, silicone foam gasket gives each unit additional insulation. Lighting from recessed canopy fixtures is diffused and tempered through a flat glass lens that provides consistent Type V lighting. A number of ballast types are available, ranging from 50-150 HPS internal ballast to 200-250 MH remote ballast. Ask your lighting specialist about additional ballast options and custom colors.

Standard Canopy Lights
For general purpose lighting over sidewalks and store entrances, use standard canopy light fixtures. Prismatic reflectors keep the light focused and surrounding areas free from light pollution. Each unit comes with a mounting plate and hanging mount for easy installation.

Frosted Standard Canopy Lights
The frosted standard design extends the base of the canopy light lens downward to give both evenly distributed and intensely focused horizontal beam spread and centered down light. The unit includes hanging mounts and is equipped with two side conduit holes and a top conduit hole for easy wiring and rod mounting. The frosted standard canopy light comes with a high power ballast.
