Candida Spit Test - Why Bother?

Candida Spit Test - Why Bother?

By:

Taking a Candida Spit Test is not the most pleasant process. But here is how it works, You spit into a glass full of water as soon as you rise in the

morning, and then watch and record what happens to the saliva every 15 minutes.

It is a pretty harmless test the Candida Spit Test, however while

many people swear by it, there is no substantiated proof that it is a clinically sound method.

For example my

own personal testing has revealed inconsistancies. I am very healthy with no particular reason to carry out a Candida Spit Test other than for my own research. First test indicated that I was in fact in good health. However on

two other samples there were some negative signs. Once again there is absolutly no reason for there to be any indication that I have an issue with a candida overgrowth.

It is not so much that I want to scare you away from taking a Candida Spit Test, the reality is its a pretty

harmless thing to do. My point is more about creating an awareness that it is not the most reliable of tests.

Lets go then, this

is how to take the test;

Put a clear glass of the good oil, H2O, in a place that will remind you the

next morning that today is the Candida Spit Test day. Make sure it is a glass or cup that you can clearly see through so that you can see what is

happening with your saliva.

Have a great nights sleep and try not to dream about

spitting...

So when you

wake up the very first thing you need to do is work up a good spit, and the second thing is drop it into that glass. Its early and you don't need to be cleaning up a mess, so please do this in an

orderly fashion!

Have a look at what you see and then go and have your shower or whatever you would normally be doing if it were not for your Candida spit

test.

Over the course of the next hours you should see what is happening to the saliva in your Candida

Spit Test. Do this at 15 minute intervals.

There are a couple of things you might see that are supposed to indicate that you have Candida Albicans

Overgrowth. But first I will cover off what

is supposed to indicate a healthy candida spit test result. Saliva that stays on top of the water but eventually dissipates into the

water, is a good sign

It might be that your spit does not dissipate, but either

creates a cloud in the water or appear to be like string, or even just drop to the bottom. Lastly there could be spots remaining floating in the water.

If this is the case then the theory behind the Candida Spit Test is that you have an issue with

Candida. If these symptoms have shown up very quickly then this is meant to be an even stonger

positive.

It is most

likely that there is some foundation to the results that a Candida Spit Test provide. and assuming that you are researching this topic because you already

have your suspicions, a positive result may actually an acurate test.

If the evidence is gathering that you are pretty sure you have a

problem, please don't act on these results, seek the advice of a medical practitioner. Sure do your candida spit test, but don't put to much emphasis on

its results.

This is a great time to sit back and assess just what it is that you eat from day

to day. In most cases of Candida Albicans Overgrowth, regardless of the spark that lit the fire, there is usually an underlying food issue.
