Candida Recipes - Loveable Foods That Will Cure Your Yeast Problem

By:

It's sadly true that 75% of women have a yeast infection at least once throughout life - and it's not slowing down either.

It's because many of today's foods are filled with countless chemicals that people are unaware of.

Without identifying that the dilemma resides in their diet, they will buy a selection of treatments from the pharmacy and wonder why the issue came back. The products will fix the condition for a time, but they don't heal as deep as what's needed.

It seems to be a universal human trait, the quick fix or the magical cure. Yes, we'd all take the fast pass if we could. But even the fast pass would fail with the wrong diet. You should begin to view your diet as the 'secret' cure, because as you are aware, you are what you eat.

The most critical thing to know when you want to evade high yeast levels entirely is what foods NOT to eat. So I have dedicated a small area underneath to these foods where you'll notice yeast swarming. You will probably be aware of some, but there may be 1 or 2 you have never considered. When you make the decision to to re-think the foods you are eating I sincerely maintain that it's the best approach to start with foods that you should refrain from.

Foods Not to Eat:

Items made from Bread --

Yeast-free breads are unquestionably the exception. If you are content to pay in excess of what normal bread costs then they are no problem to find. 'Bread Based Items' include foods such as bagels, rolls and certain cakes.

Items that have come from sugar --

Sugar and yeast infection must be kept at a safe distance apart if you need to control the amounts of yeast in your body. Sugar will only make your condition deteriorate.

Fruits --

Of course, since we were toddlers we've had it drilled into us that we should eat more fruit - 5 per day no less! Most people don't manage five a day, and if you are someone who isn't very fond of them, it's your lucky day! You should not be eating fruit when you have a yeast infection. 2 reasons:

-Fruits are very good for us but they do have a side effect that finds them a problem when you are trying to keep yeast levels down. As fruit is being digested, simple sugars are removed by the digestive tract. While generally good it does cause yeast levels to rise.

-Yeast in within the skin of many fruits. Manytimes, the skin is eaten as well as the fruit and, naturally, isn't good for yeast infection sufferers.

Vegetables --

While fruit is prohibited, vegetables on the other hand are very much promoted. If you weren't eating enough vegetables before your condition this is a great excuse to increase the rations. I do want to say, though, there is one vegetable that you can leave alone:

-Mushrooms

Drink --

Alcoholic drinks should be eliminated from your diet and that includes beer and wine (sorry). Alcoholic drinks come from grains and involve the yeast of a brewer.

The Recommended Foods For You:

In my opinion, and what many professionals say, the 'high complex carbohydrate diet' is the ultimate appraoch to curing candidiasis forever. I urge you to form a commitment in eating the following foods for 1 month before abandoning the diet. This is more than enough time to see positive changes. Of course, if you do see positive results, keep the diet! (And don't over-indulge once you return back to your former foods.) As a rule of thumb, moderate how much protein you consume per day (meat), and concentrate highly on consuming vegetables! The high-veg diet will see to it that you are cured of yeast infection in a matter of weeks.

Yogurt --

Buy high cultured yogurts. These carry good bacteria for fending off the disease. Try these as well:

-Porridge, quinoa -Savoury RyVita bread

Veg --

I really encourage you to eat vegetables with at least 3 different meals during the day. It's also recommended that you eat the vegetables raw. This is because vital goodness is actually lost when you cook vegetables.

-Garlic This ancient remedy was used as far back as the Egyptians so it's got to benefit something. While it can afford you a terrible breath, it goes great with chicken or vegetable soup.

-Onions Onions come at a close second to garlic as they contain sulphur that aids in bringing down measures of yeast.

Herbs --

I think everyone should have a herb garden personally. They are fun to grow, fun to eat and most definitely good for you.

-Basil Basil is inexpensive and great for candidiasis - it's antifungal

-Cumin One other popular herb that is effective in fighting off yeast infection.

-Oregano I highly suggest you use these pungent leaves to flavor omelettes (tastes delicious).

Meat --

Fish, poultry and anything similar. Stay with fresh, organic meat, and devoid of antibiotics (if the budget permits).
