Your health and life insurance have cheaper monthly premiums when you have been quit smoking for a year or two also.

There are several things on the market today to help with quitting cigarettes. There are also professionals that can help with this matter as well. You can go to your local supermarket and buy the things that are there. You can go to your doctor and have them prescribe other more expensive items and some of these might be covered by your health insurance. You could also go on-line to find what they have there.
