These are certainly things that are not as much of an option when you request a typical multi-stop delivery.

If you're dealing with larger shipments of cargo, FTL shipping is always an option worth considering. FTL stands for full truck load. This means that you are using an entire large truck to ship your goods, an option usually reserved for those shipping more than 10,000 lbs of cargo. If your operation is that large though, that is a wonderful way to achieve multi stop shipments that you can direct as you choose.
