When you have a courier driver that you subcontract from a courier company to work for your organization full time, it is safe to say that the happiness of your customers and the success of your business depends to a very large extent on that driver and their efficient work for your company, otherwise none of your customers orders are fulfilled, and simply put, your company is losing money.
