Can anyone Create A site?

Absolutely you can. Now a days it has never been easier for a person or small business to create your own site. There are a plethora of tools out there that can assist you in your journey. Some methods are intuitive and others not so much. It all depends on what your willing to learn and how much time you'd like to invest. Are you simply looking to create a brochure type website or are you wanting to learn a new career? Are you caught somewhere in the middle?

Once you have an idea of what you want to do take the time to explore the different technologies. If you are looking to get in to then I would recommend starting with a Hybrid application like Dreamweaver. Dreamweaver gives you a design view as well as a code view to help you see the effects of your changes. It also has many other click and insert features such as adding images, bullet points, etc.., but keep in mind that this method is for the more advanced user or for someone who really wants to learn web design. Dreamweaver has several tutorials to help walk you through your design.

If you just want to create a site and do it fast as possible so that your business is up an online then I would recommend a Site builder such as Createasite.com. I admit that I'm biased to this tool since it's extremely easy to use and I've built several websites using the technology. Site Builders give the novice user major advantage now a days and cost next to nothing compared to having a professional web designer do it. One benefit is adding blogs, shopping carts and other technologies on the fly. Not to mention you need not know any HTML.

Like I said, anyone can create a site. It just depends on how you want to do it. I suggest you first build your site with site creator and try it yourself. After all, it would be your time and not your money wasted if you decide to go the other route.
