Well firstly I think it depends on the actual program. Different people like different things and react to different things. Some of you may like ebooks better. On the other hand, some of you may hate ebooks because it doesn't really constitute as being "motivational" because you don't have anyone to lean on. You have to completely depend on yourself! Most all of us need help and support and motivation.

And sometimes we just can't depend on yourselves for that. And that's okay, that's why these programs exist and why they do so good! One of the types of options you might consider looking into is something called a virtual fitness program. But with someone behind me supporting me, cheering me on and helping me to get motivated, I imagine that this would really get me (and you) going!
