No matter what type of call centre you operate; an inbound or outbound or both, both types are mainly categorized by the services they provide to customers. The place itself is an office with people working the phones answering and making calls and dealing with queries and problems. If your business runs a one then you will need to pay particular attention to your call centre desks.

Gone are the days of working at call centre desks that looked like caves and were disorganized and stuck away in little dark rooms.
