The call center industry of the Philippines first became successful because of the continuous growth of new call center services in the market. Another advantage that the industry had over the competition is the innate skills of Filipinos with the use of the English language. Due to the fact that the Philippines was colonized by the US, Filipinos were given the benefit of learning their language, which is one of the most important languages in the world market today. And it was because of this that made the Philippines as the best source of outsourced services particularly by many English speaking countries such as the US.
