Cacao Seed Oil Explained

You can easily create your own recipe by adding favorite essential oils to your body oil. Cacao seed essential oil mixes well with other types of oils. It works well in a blend with vanilla, peppermint or rose. It also can work in a combination of cinnamon, nutmeg, wild orange, or tangerine.

When cacao is in its pure form it can still be used with your special mixes. The main change that happens is that it will need to be used in a very small amount. Pure cacao is very strong in its aroma.

Aromatherapy does wonders with cacao seed oil. Be sure to only use the best quality oil. That makes the results work much better than if you had bought a cheap rip-off.
