For anyone looking for a rugged off roader, the Honda CR-V should fit the bill. It has great styling and is a good looking and tough machine, powered by either diesel or petrol engines. Five trims are available, along with either manual or automatic transmission, in every model.
Drivers looking for the ultimate in economy should look at Hondas hybrid range, which features small petrol engines coupled with electric motors that make a real difference to fuel economy and are a smart addition to more environmentally sound motoring. Models include the sparkling CR-Z coupe, the family Insight and the supermini Jazz.
