My Chemical Romance belongs to New Jersey and is an American band. The recognition of the band is that it is an alternative rock band. The band was formed in 2001 and consists of three people, one of which is vocalist, second is guitarist and the third is bassist. The popular band performed at Reading Festival 2011 and gave the best out of them. The Strokes is also an American band but they belong to New York and they gave their debut in 2001. They were very much criticized after their debut but later they gained popularity and maintained it by making and retaining huge fans all over the world. Some of the fans of Reading Festival criticized their performance while some of them appreciated them in contrast to the performance of Pulp. They both performed on the last day of the Reading Festival and closed down the stage.
