Butt Workout Tips: Best Exercises For A Firm Butt

All women seem to share in the desire to have a firmer, tighter butt. After all, this is an area that guys give a lot of attention to but your butt also plays a big role in how you feel about yourself and how you look in a lot of the clothes that you wear. Start using some of these exercises and you'll get a great butt workout that produces results.

One of the best exercises for a great butt that a woman can perform is the lunge. Hold a light dumbbell at arm's length at both sides of your body. Begin by standing straight up with your feet shoulder width apart and taking a big step forward with your left foot.

Step forward until your front thigh is parallel to the floor and your opposite knee almost touches the ground. Then push off with your front foot to return to the starting position, and repeat the process with the other leg. This is great for a tight butt and also better thighs as well.

Another great exercise for a firm butt is the leg curl machine. Find the machine at your gym and lie down on your stomach with your feet in the appropriate positions in the machine. Then curl the weight towards your butt, being sure to squeeze as you complete the repetition. Slowly lower the weight and repeat.

These are just a few of the butt exercises that you can perform for great exercises. When you put in the effort that it takes you'll end up with a great, firm butt without spending too much time. You'll look better and feel better about yourself. Best of all, these are easy to complete and will produce fantastic results regardless of your experience, body type or your current fitness level.
