Burn the fat build the muscle is a good ebook that contains some pretty useful and interesting information on bodybuilding and nutrition but there is something that I would like to share with you.

Me and a very good friend of mine wanted to step it up a level in our bodybuilding quest, so we decided to invest in a bodybuilding program. Not having a great deal of money between us we decided to purchase one between us to keep the cost down. This ended up not being a very good idea as we could not decide which bodybuilding program to go with.

After we found several programs that looked the business we then read reviews on the programs. The two that looked to be the best were Burn The Fat Build The Muscle and No Nonsense Bodybuilding. As we could not decide on one or the other, we had to dig deep and purchase one each. They are both good programs and defiantly worth every penny but in our personal opinion we would recommend the No Nonsense Bodybuilding program.

The No Nonsense Bodybuilding we believe was an easier program to use and come to grips with. The program gives a lot of information on just about everything there is to know from workout routines at different stages, video coaching lessons, easy to follow meal plans, about poor posture, weak core muscles, underdeveloped body parts, flexibility training, previous injury training, shoulder instability, imbalances from left to right, poor heart and lung strength and a ton of bonus material that is absolutely crucial to gain muscle mass. This list goes on. Seriously guys this is really worth taken a look at.

Like I say, both the programs are very good but in our opinion the No Nonsense Bodybuilding is the better option as you will find that this program delivers exactly what it says on the tin. No Nonsense!
