Burn Fat Faster By Kicking The Food Pyramid To The Curb

By:

I'm not sure exactly who came up with the idea of the food pyramid, but it's complete rubbish! If you're having trouble losing weight and you've been trying to follow what the food pyramid suggests, that may be the root cause of your trouble. Here's the facts about food and what you should really be eating.

According to the food pyramid, you're supposed to be eating up to 11 servings of of bread, rice, cereal or pasta every day. If you're eating 5 or 6 meals like you should be, that means two servings per meal. Are you kidding me?!

Did you know that the healthiest food on the planet that gives us all the nutritional value we need is fruits, vegetables, and meat. This is because these foods are naturally occuring and they were created by God to fuel us.

Instead of eating these healthy foods, we're told instead to eat twice as much processed, man-made food. If you've been studying nutrition for any length of time then you probably know that the more processed a food is the worse it is for your body (as a general rule).

If you really want to burn the fat off your body and lose weight permanently, you should be eating only fruits, vegetables, and meat. You could go the rest of your life without eating pasta or rice ever again and be 100% healthy and energetic.

So don't believe everything you're being told in the media and by the government. They don't always have your best interests at heart. Start eating a natural, whole food diet with lots of fruits and veggies and you'll finally be able to see some progress.
