In order to reduce belly fat naturally, it is important to include low fat milk in your diet. If you include low fat milk daily in your diet, then it is better than other low fat dieters. We all must have heard and seen the popular TV commercials highlighting that dairy products as boon for weight losers. Well, the fact is that milk is a good source of calcium and studies have revealed that higher levels of calcium intake, especially from low-fat sources prevent the accumulation of fat in the body.

While following a balanced diet, you have to give importance on reducing your daily calorie intake. If you take calorie in excess of what your body burns, then it is going to cause accumulation of excess fats in your body. So, unless you restrict your calorie intake, no workout schedule is going to work for you. As far as a balanced diet is concerned, you need to include more fresh fruits, vegetables, complex carbohydrates and protein rich foods in your diet. At the same time, elimination of unhealthy fats is very important to get rid of belly fat.
