BT Vision HD gives you an even higher quality viewing experience with better images and sound. It is perfect for watching films and sports, but also other channels at the same time. There are various HD channels and programmes to choose from, giving you a wide variety with something to suit everyones taste. In order to receive this service, you will need to take out a digital television package with BT as well as ensuring that you have a HD ready television set.
There are two main digital television packages to choose from. BT Vision Essential is the cheapest at just 4 per month, so is an option that is ideal for those who are on a budget or do not watch a lot of television. A
BT Vision Box is included free of charge within the deal, as well as several Freeview channels with all sorts of different programmes to choose from. You will need to check if this is available in your area though. BBC iPlayer and catch up services are also included, which allow you to watch a show within the last seven days that you may have previously missed.
On demand shows can be viewed from just 50p per programme on the packs of Kids, TV, Music, Sport and Film Club, giving you a wide variety to choose from. You can pay per film you watch from just 2.50 each with the Box Office feature. It is also possible to add on either Sky Sports 1 or Sky Sports 2 from just 12.90 per month or both from 18.20 per month, saving you money when you go for the two additional channels. This is ideal for sports fans, although ESPN is not available with this package.
BT Vision Unlimited costs from just 12.50 per month and the Vision + box is included free of charge. You also get a variety of Freeview channels, BBC iPlayer, catch up services and on demand content within the TV, Music, Sport, Kids and Film Club packs, for free. It still costs from 2.50 per film with the Box Office service, so you only need to pay for the movies that you watch. Sports fans can relish in the fact that ESPN is included automatically with the Unlimited package. Either Sky Sports 1 or Sky Sports 2 can be added on top from just 12.90 per month, or both channels from 18.20 per month.
Vision Adult can be added on from just 3.20 per programme with either of the packages. Bolly and Beyond provides you with some great Bollywood shows and can be added on for an extra 7.20 per month on the Unlimited deal, but is unfortunately not available on the Essential package.
