If youd rather move away from the diner experience, try Zincs Caf in downtown Laguna Beach (no meats, but many delectable egg dishes), The Cottage restaurant in North Laguna Beach, The Orange Inn, or the renowned Kya Restaurant Laguna Beach with its affordable gourmet menu.

Another Laguna Beach best restaurant, Nicks, opens at 7:30 a.m. in the heart of downtown action, while Caf Vienna caters to South Laguna Beach residents and visitors at 7:00 a.m. during weekdays, and 7:30 a.m. on weekends.

Particularly designed for folks who might be rising a little later in the day is Laguna Beachs Feast, a fabulous, real-world Mexican restaurant (dont let the Formica tables and plastic chairs fool you Feast is an epic dynasty in Laguna Beach). And, you also have the full-on, eat-till-you-drop brunches and massive menu fare at North Laguna Beachs Las Brisas Restaurant, Hotel Lagunas Terrace Caf, South Laguna Beachs Coyote Grill & Cantina (try the eggs and fish-of-the-day special, oh my) and mid-town Big Fish & Ice Cold Beer because at 11:00 a.m. or so, it might be time for a beer, right?
