Brazil is not best known for gourmet gastronomy, however, there is a wealth of exciting flavours to experience here if you are a food lover, aside from the much loved feijoida. The countrys varied climate and fertile soil, particularly in the North East where there is abundant rainfall, produces the most astounding tropical produce.
