Commonwealth Games 2010 that is going to be held in Delhi, from 3rd October 2010 till 14th October 2010. Delhi itself has started looking different and stylish and all prepared to host the athletes, guests and the fans that will be arriving to the city for CWG2010. The logo of the XIX Commonwealth Games 2010 is inspired by the Chakra, symbol of freedom, unity and power. The
CWG 2010 schedule includes 17 sports in which 71 commonwealth nations are participating. Commonwealth Games 2010 venue consists of six venue clusters and five stand alone venues in Delhi. Athletics, Lawn Bowls, Weightlifting will be held at Cluster I: Jawaharlal Nehru Sports Complex; Cycling, Gymnastics and Wrestling at Cluster II: Indira Gandhi Sports Complex; Archery (Qualification Rounds) and Table Tennis at Cluster III: Yamuna Sports Complex; Badminton and Squash at Cluster IV: Siri Fort Sports Complex; Hockey and Archery Finals (India Gate) at Cluster V: MDC National Stadium Complex; and Swimming and Boxing at Cluster VI: Talkatora Garden Complex. Twenty-six new training venues are being constructed forthe Delhi 2010 for different sports. Apart from this, 16 training venues are being upgraded.
