You've seen them, you've been amazed, maybe even inspired. That could be you, you think, they spriuk the benefits of a
"breakthrough" ingredient. They tell you how they discovered a "little known secret". They bombard you with more images,
with enormous changes in record times. Lines, like learn how I lost 50 lbs in only 14 days with this revolutionary program/pill.

The only pill you will be swallowing is the pill of deception. Or should I say of deliberately leaving out key information.
Maybe they are not lying, they are just not telling you everything. I am talking about those amazing body transformation photos.
In 12 weeks they go from slob to picture of health and athleticism. I have been training people for over fifteen years now and in my experience, this is not a true reflection of what really happens.

Two things to be fully aware of in these before and afters shots
1)The small print always says "results not typical". So if they are not typical, then the photos are a poor reflection of what really happens in that time.

2)These are paid models, they are very fit athletes, or body builders. They are paid to go on a gain fat diet, for several months. As fat sits on tops of muscle, the fat grows over the muscle and hides it. Before photos are taken. They then go back to their regular training and eating plan. The fat comes off quickly, as it was only just put on and these people bodies are very efficient at burning it off due to their prior training. With females it gets even better, wait until fitness model has just given birth for the before photos, then same as above. Any trainer worth their weight will tell you it takes time to develop a body you can be proud of, it does not happen in weeks or even months. Do not let unrealistic time frames stop you. The best step you can ever take is to start. You will have created a lifestyle habit that keeps young and gives you energy. So stop comparing yourself to images that don't relfect the total truth. Be patient and consistant and you will succeed. Everyone over estimates what they can acheive in 12 weeks. At the same time everyone underestimates what can be achieved in one or more years.
