1. Incline Bench Press. You start this by setting the bench in a 45-degree incline. Then press the weight straight up towards the ceiling and locking your arms when you reach the top of the movement. The lifting of the weight should be done a quick one count while 3 seconds when lowering it. You should also never let the bar touch your chest to keep the resistance to your muscles at all times while doing the exercise. You should also put your hands when using dumbbells or the bar when using the barbell should be just below your chin

2. The second among the bench press exercises in this circuit is the Flat Bench Press. In this exercise, bench should be flat or parallel to the ground. The procedure in lifting the weight is the same as what is done in the incline bench press. The only difference is that your hands or the bar should be in line with the mid to lower part of your chest.

3. The last exercise in this circuit is the Decline Bench Press. In this exercise, you set the bench in at least a 30-degree decline to be more effective. Lifting and lowering the weight is still the same like the first two exercises except that the hands or the bar is in line with the lower part of your chest or your sternum.

To finish off this circuit, do as many push-ups as you can one minute after finishing the three exercises. With this circuit, you will surely be able to sport a more muscular chest next time you go clubbing.
