Caffeine is found in drinks like coffee, alcohol and tea, so don't drink those right before going to bed! Also, if you drink too much before sleeping, you'll probably go to the bathroom to urinate too often, thereby disrupting your sleep pattern.

One way that you can increase your comfort levels to the point that you will be sent off to the land of nod is by getting the right blankets! If your bed is too hard, too soft or too lumpy, you will not have an easy time falling asleep.
