Thanks to our scurried lifestyle, highly competitive business atmosphere, and not-so-healthy food habits, we find ourselves compromising on an important necessity of life: sleep. Despite the best of material comforts, we are unable to sleep properly or sufficiently. It is not uncommon to find people who use sleeping pills routinely like shower, breakfast or lunch. However, sleeping should no longer be a problem with easy availability of binaural beat audios.


Why We can not Sleep?

The major reason we are unable to sleep is the inability to stop our incessant thinking. The mind keeps thinking about the unfinished business, unresolved conflicts, and the pile of work that needs completing in a time period that is never enough. The governing philosophy of current lifestyle, "survival of the fittest", never allows us to rest (or sleep) in peace. All this soon begins to tell on the relations because we are ever too busy to find time for those we should be caring for. Though there are techniques like yoga and meditation that can help you relax and finally sleep, the problem lies is finding time to learn or practice. Ironically, we appear to have everything except time, even for a vital thing like sleep. However, even if someone starts doing it, sooner than later the enthusiasm gets lost and the person is back to square one. This creates a sense of defeated and demoralizes the person while the initial problem (sleep troubles) appears to have grown bigger than before. Therefore, for most people this option is ruled out.


Binaural Brainwave Technology

Hence, the best solution is to look for something quick and easier and which does not demand too much time or efforts. Brainwave technology offers such a simple yet effective solution. You just have to play and listen to the audios containing binaural beats that entrain your brain to delta brainwave frequencies (1 - 4 Hz). And you are automatically put into the blissful state of sleep.

When two dissimilar sound frequencies (within 30 Hz) are fed, one to each ear, through stereo headphones, the brain responds by generating difference frequency pulsations or binaural beats. Soon the dominant brainwaves shift frequency to match the induced binaural beat frequency. It is called brainwave entrainment. Since different brainwave frequencies are associated with different states of consciousness, changing the frequency of binaural beats offers a simple mechanism to change the state of the mind.

Binaural beat audios offer a great harmless way to have nice sound sleep; hence, there is no reason to spend sleepless nights, twisting and turning on the bed.
