All electronics have to be removed from the bedroom such as the computers, televisions, telephones or even gaming systems because they are stimulating and disruptive to individuals sleep. It is recommended that you do not use such gadgets a few minutes before going to bed or use the bedroom as a place for them because they will interrupt with your sleep. One should avoid the use of drugs such as caffeine or alcohol among others especially when preparing to sleep. Caffeine is a stimulant that is got from other places such as tea, coffee or pop soda.
