Better Sleep And Face From Exercise

By:

Exercising is a very important thing in life. If there was some way we could go through life without ever putting physical strain on our bodies we would die at a very young age.

Our bodies need the tension, the strain and the pressure of exercising so that it can replenish and revamp itself. Without all that we would just be gelatinous blobs that roll around to and from fast food restaurants.

Many people very much intend to act on their muscle activating desires, but more than not especially in this case good intentions are never realized. So we maintain our pop-belly and our extra layer of grease armor in case of a cold winter.

A lot of us just don't want to put in the work to become fit. This is ok, but it is also called lazy.

Not that there is anything wrong with being lazy, only you can decide that. But not exercising is actually going to have some pretty discouraging side effects.

Many people say they are too tired to exercise. Do you think they are too tired because they didn't get enough sleep?

That would be my guess, and I would be willing to bet they are also having trouble falling asleep because they are not exercising during the day. It is an almost paradoxical situation: it is hard to exercise if you are tired, you become tired from lack of sleep and you cannot sleep because you haven't exercised.

Look you just have to man up and exercise. When you wake up, just force yourself into something active.

I promise this will set a new standard for the day, you will feel more alert and energized and you will be more mentally aware as well. Come night time, your body will be all tuckered out from the physical exertion.

You will wake feeling rested and ready to do it all over again. So this begs the question, what about my face, you said it would help my face too."

Yes, your face is very important part of your person. Generally we think of exercise as helping the heart, but it also increase circulation to the tissues (skin tissues).

Increased circulation leads to increased oxidation which means less garbage in your face, thus preventing acne. That explains why the jocks who exercise all the time just happen to have perfect skin at the same time, while you sat in your corner of the class room thinking about videogames and potato chips.

Plus the extra sleep that you get is going to repair damaged tissues (skin tissues). So start exercising for better sleep and better face and you will start seeing some change in no time.
