This is one problem all smokers have in common. Trouble to quit.
There are of course some who dont find it difficult to quit, but for the rest of us, it stays difficult.
Myself and my partner have been trying to quit for over a year, we often succeeded for a month or so, but when something happened that caused our cortisol levels to rise we would normally just reach for a cigarette, that USED to be our answer to our stress release, quick and simple.

The thing is, while trying to quite I did some home work and found out some important facts.
Did you know that one cigarette depletes almost 1000mg of vitamin C? (Each)
Did you know that smokers have a bigger chance of heart attack and diabetes?
And of course you knew that smokers in general dont have the same smelling ability and tasting of food ability than regular non-smokers have

But besides all that, smoking is fun! Smoking is an enjoyable pleasure for the smokers, an enjoyable pastime.
Smokers love the feeling of smoking, the smoke itself, and the habit itself.
Not to mention that your body will grave that initial nicotine it has become accustomed to.

Why do you think its so difficult to stop? Stopping anything that is enjoyable easy and relaxing is not fun.
Me and my partner have tried everything that has been recommended to quit smoking, and all worked to a degree, and until we just back slided again.

Then my brother who has been smoking for 29 years showed me a copy of a book he downloaded called START MEDITATION,STOP SMOKING I started reading and has not looked back once, I learned some amazing things, such as
