Looking for the best spyware software? Well, let me tell you it's not easy choosing when there are so many out there! Trust me, you can go through a couple before you find one that suits your needs. My needs when I wanted a spyware software was simple.

Give me something that is cheap, works on multiple computers, eliminates spyware I have right now and protects me from future spyware infections if I were to install something that was infected with it. Unfortuntaly it has become harder to find a legitimate spyware software.

Reason being it's been very easy to create FAKE spyware removers and put different names on them, selling them as something unique. Russian hackers and greedy marketers have been feeding on the general public for far too long, saying their version is the best spyware program when it is nothing but a shell.

Most of these fake spyware remover software will not even eliminate threats, and often time "make up threats" so that you will buy their program. It's a sneaky and sometimes illegal practice which you want to stay away from at all costs.

They will say they are "voted top software" etc, while they have no credentials at all... Other famous software however have TONS of proof and usually appear in popular magazines etc.

The spyware software that is worth looking at will have a simple, but functional interface with a few simple buttons and features. Removing spyware is nothing more than "identifying them" and using more powerful code to remove it, and when you install spyware programs they will remove these using it's pre-coded methods and brute force deleting systems.

A spyware program will help you protect you from new infections that you can potentially get from being on torrent sites, adult sites, gambling sites, warez sites and many other "illegal-content" related websites.

You rarely even know you get infected with spyware because the people who place it on your PC are great at hiding their software within other software, freeware and shareware.

The best idea is to simply order a proven spyware program that has a good name and has been around for a while. There are quite a few different spyware software to choose from. Some are Norton, McAfee, PC Tools and many more.

While the most expensive seem like an intelligent choice, it's not always the best choice, because many of them install a lot of "extra un-needed" tools that slow down your computer, even if it's "safe".
