In the middle of it or to the side or wherever you want a small dining table should be set so visitors and friends can be comfortable while helping you or simply chatting with you while you cook. It is a great feeling and adds comfort and speed to your cooking to have everything exactly where you want it, to have the instruments and cooking supplies flow like an assembly line in the right direction, a perfect meal.
