If you do not want to take a ginger bath every day, or if you do not have time for it, then you can take ginger internally and still obtain similar benefits. However, when you take ginger internally, it will take longer for the ginger to kick in. Therefore you should make ginger a part of your daily diet to reap the benefits.

To add ginger to your diet, simply drink ginger tea, or you can add it to your foods such as salads, as well as your meat and vegetable dishes.
