For a man the most common problem area is their stomach. So many are looking into belly fat exercises for men in hopes of losing all of their belly fat. They want to look good for their wife or girlfriend or maybe they are single and looking. Having too much fat around the midsection is also a health concern so some men are trying to lose it to become healthier.

There are many belly fat exercises for men out there for men to try. It is suggested that you work each part of your stomach when working out your stomach muscles. First you will want to work the upper stomach muscles. You can work these by doing a simple ab crunch. Lay with your back on the floor, bring your legs up and bend your knees to a 90 degree angle until you lower leg is parallel to the floor. Next place your hands on the side of your head next to your ears. Now raise your upper body and try to get your elbows to touch your knees.

For the lower stomach you will want to do leg lifts. This is the best belly fat exercise for men you can do without equipment. Lay with your back on the floor and placing your hands palm down under your hips. With your legs straight lift them off the ground and then lower them back down to the starting position. You can bend your legs to make this exercise easier if necessary. If you need to make this exercise harder you can add ankle weights.

To work the side of your stomach also known as your love handles you want to perform a oblique crunch. Its one of the best belly fat exercises for men. You lay on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Place your right ankle onto your left knee like you would be sitting in a chair with crossed legs. Next put your right arm across your stomach and your left hand behind your head. Now raise your body and twist to try and touch your left elbow to your right knee. Then switch to the other side to work the other oblique.

You will perform these belly fat exercises for men in a circuit. Meaning you perform the ab crunches for as many as you can, then perform the leg lifts, then both sides of your stomach. Performing these on a regular basis will help strength your stomach muscles.
