Losing belly fat doesnt have to be hard when you know what you are doing. A simple tweak in your lifestyle can help you greatly to burn belly fat. When it comes to belly fat, there are two things that you need to know.

First, you should know that your body naturally stores fat. Your body stores fat around the belly before it begins to store it elsewhere. The second thing that you should know, the first place you gain fat on your body is the last place you lose it that is why stomach fat is hard to lose.

If you do these two things right, it is almost guarantee that you can burn your abdominal fat successfully and get those ripped six pack abs. Let's start first with exercising tips.

Start Exercising First

You need to start exercising first if you want to lose stomach fat. You exercise itself doesnt need to be expensive. You dont need to join a gym or hiring expensive personal trainer. You can simply do some low intensity exercises such as jogging.

You can take your dog for walk or do swimming or cycling. I suggest you do the exercise for at least 30 minutes 4 times a day. Studies have suggested that low-intensity exercise is the best for burning belly fat because your body uses fat during low-intensity exercise and saves carbohydrates for high-intensity exercises.
Make a Change in Your Diet

Another thing that equally important is you need to make a change in your diet. You should avoid fatty foods and sugar and you should consume foods that are high in complex carbohydrates such as brown rice and pasta. Foods that are high in complex carbohydrates will keep you full for longer period and reduce the desire to eat snack.

Your main aim is to reduce the amount of sugar that you consume. This can be achieved easily by not adding sugar to your tea or coffee and avoiding fruit juice, candy and soda. You are also recommended to substitute one meal with protein shake. The protein shake should contain 100% whey protein and be low in carbohydrates.

Remember, burning belly fat is constant process. You need to follow those two tips above over and over again. Only after then, you will start to get some results. Don't just do the two tips above for one week then stop like most people. Everything in this life takes time and burning your belly fat is no exception.
