INGREDIENTS:
kg beef shanks
3 garlic cloves
1 cabbage (cut into strips)
1 onion (cut into half)
Minced Onion chi
2 liters of water
noodles
2 tsp. Of black pepper
3 tsp. salt
1 pc. Broth cubes
Oil
PROCEDURES:
1.In one big pot put and on it in until its golden brown. After it was full golden brown you can now put the beef shanks in and simmer it.
2.After the beef simmering, pour 2 liter of water in it put also pepper, broth cubes, onions, onion chi and salt according to your taste and let it boil for about 40 60 minutes. Long hours of boiling it will make the beef more tender and makes also the broth tastier so dont worry if you put it on fire for too long.
3.Now that youve just finish making the broth lets prepare the noodles by put it in hot water for 5 minutes just to separate each strands and also to remove some bad smell. You can wash it several times depending on you.
4.Now that we just finish making the broth and the noodles we will now put out the beef shanks to the broth and will drain it then cut it into tiny bits so you could just add it to your noodles
5.Now will just have to place one handful of noodles in a bowl then put some small amount of beef tidbit on top then place your small amount of cabbage in it top add vegetables in it. Now that you are done you can serve it while its hot together with additional spices like ground black pepper, fried garlic, fish sauce(patis) and much more.
