The citys monuments, an integral part of the rich heritage of Delhis past, are being cleaned and renovated. Also you will see new international standard signage and bus shelters to add Delhis modern look with conveniences such as call booths, shopping areas.
The opening ceremony of commonwealth games 2010 is scheduled to be held at Jawahar Lal Nehru stadium on October 3rd which is expected to be a great opening event. Lots of celebrities from the world of sport and from Bollywood are expected to participate at this mega event.
