One might be familiar with high heel, low heel or even platform shoes but in the case of platform
heel shoes it is an interesting aspect of heel shoes to venture in. In fact platform heel shoes have
been around for the past century but only became popular during these times.

Platform heel shoes can compliment an array of dresses and fashion styles and is made of different materials. What platform heel shoes distinctively does is to put in those extra height and making its
wearer a few inches taller. This is to enhance the outlook of the wearer by making her appear to be thinner or leggy.

By opting to wear platform heel shoes, a woman brings herself to another aspect of being fashionable. It makes her stand out from the other woman who wears traditional design such as high heels, low heels. It makes her more of adventurous person who wants to add spice to her life.

Of course there designs in platform shoes that are made for different occasions and many more designs are being created these days. So women are spoilt for choice and certainly platform heel shoes will somehow make its way into most women shoes cabinet.

As platform heel shoes are developing into more designs, so does its height too. Nowadays, it is getting platform is getting thicker and thicker, somehow making the wearer defying gravity. But the
sad truth is that gravity does exits and one bad step can result in severe sprain especially so in thick platform heel shoes. A good start is to wear platform shoes of a lesser height to grasp that stability
in walking at an elevated height before proceeding onto platform heel shoes.

Though platform heel shoes can be used in most occasions, it is definitely not recommended for formal functions or even office wear due to inappropriateness and in situations where one has to
move quite abit. Overall it still makes one stand out above the rest.
