Adobe Certified Experts (ACEs) are IT professionals on the leading edge experts of adobe products, system, and stand. To be an ACE one must first take the Flex 4 ACE examination.
It is suggested that before taking the Flex 4 ACE examination, a candidate must first take the Flex training course offered by Adobe. This course will help you enhance your Adobe Flex 4 knowledge.

Now, equipped and knowledgeable of Adobe Flex 4 system you are now advised to take the Adobe Flex 4 certification exam. The exam is composed of five major topics each with different number of topics. First area to be discussed in the exam is the creation of User Interface (UI). This includes the identification and description of the fundamental UI controls for the applications of Flex. Changes of themes and feel of design with the aid of AIP applications, the usage of Spark and the customization of controls are also included in this part of the assessment. The last part is the usage of Flex in the Adobe Integrated Runtime (AIR) with scenarios used in the assessment. The capacity of installing, uninstalling and update of AIR is also validated through this exam. The Flex 4 ACE proficiency exam is composed of 59 multiple choice questions. The candidate must at least have an average of 67% to pass the exam.
