Always make as quickly as you possibly can when bathing your dog. Dogs have a tendency to become stressed out when they are being bathed. By getting it over and done with will help to calm your dog down. Your dog will be less stressed when you take them out of the water as soon as possible. Try to be as calm as possible when taking your dog out of the bath, as they will be able to sense if you are relaxed about it or not.

After the bath has been finished your dog should be more relaxed and happy. Try to use the drying off procedure as a bonding process between you and your dog.
