Everybody loves a loaf of bread that is hot out of the oven. These days, everyone is so busy and most people don't even know how to make bread.

But, if you are ever in a house where there is a loaf of bread baking in an oven, you know how wonderful the aroma is and how good the hot bread tastes with some butter and honey. If you know how to make fresh homemade bread, your family and friends will love you.

To make whole wheat bread is a more involved process compared to regular bread making. Let's being from the very basics.

First, you need some whole wheat kernels. Then you need a wheat grinder to grind the wheat into flour. There are many types of wheat mills on the market.

The older ones are usually better quality and are made to last. There are newer ones that are not as noisy and have a warranty in case they break down.

It's always important to turn the grinder on first to make sure the engine is running and ready to grind. Don't pour the wheat in and then turn it on to grind, make sure that it is running first and then proceed to pour the wheat in.

The flour will come out into whatever container you have ready. There are some very basic ingredients that you need in order to make the bread dough.

You will need flour, liquid, and yeast. The liquid for the flour can be whatever you choose. Some people try to avoid the health hazards of cow's milk and choose to use water or non-dairy milk of some kind.

Some people like to add raw eggs as part of the liquid, but that is an unnecessary expense. The gluten from the wheat will help to hold the batter together.

The more it is kneaded the more the gluten will develop and bond with the flour. Gluten is thought of as a terrible thing for your digestive tract. But, it is actually high in protein and is even more nutritious if the wheat has been slightly sprouted and then dehydrated for grinding.

If you eat a lot of white flour products, you could develop a gluten sensitivity condition over time, especially if your parents and ancestors were big white bread and pastry consumers.

Another thing that you will need for your bread is yeast. Yeast helps the bread to rise and get fluffy and softer. It has special nutrients that are good for you and help you to be able to absorb the zinc of the wheat.

Those are the basic ingredients that you need for bread making. If you want to add extra items, you can add salt, sprouted wheat berries, pumpkin puree, spices, and nutritional sweetener.

You'll need an oven, greased bread pans, and instructions on how to make it. You can get instructions online at YouTube.

You can really get creative in your bread making, there are so many possibilities.
