Banner Homes And Waitrose Team Up To Offer A Warm Welcome At Berkshire New Homes Development

By:

House hunters in Berkshire could soon benefit from a new deal struck up between renowned housebuilder Banner Homes and leading supermarket Waitrose. New residents at Villiers House, the company's development of new homes in Sunningdale, will now receive a superb Waitrose hamper when they move in to their property at the scheme.

The hamper will contain a host of essentials to help homebuyers settle in immediately to their new home without even having to unpack. Tea, coffee, sugar and long-life milk are there of course - even some biscuits! - and there's no need to search through your boxes for crockery and cutlery as they are also provided. A great selection of groceries and cleaning products, including a bottle of wine to help buyers toast their new purchase, are also included and there's even a £10 Waitrose voucher to help with that first shopping trip - the supermarket being located just down the road from Villiers House.

"We're delighted to help provide a warm welcome to people buying at Villiers House, and hope the gift will ease them into their new home," says Adam Morris, Department Manager at Waitrose Sunningdale. "We know it's not always easy to track everything down in the whirlwind of moving home - not even the makings of a cup of tea - so we're happy to be able to help out our new neighbours. We pride ourselves on offering top quality products and service, as does Banner Homes, so it seemed a very well-suited partnership."

Those sentiments are echoed by Shelley West, Sales Director of Banner Homes: "Like Waitrose, we like to offer the best and so we're thrilled that Adam and his team are adding to the pleasure of moving into a new home at Villiers House with their hampers. It's just one more way in which we've been able to make the whole experience of buying a Banner home a thoroughly positive one."

This Berkshire new homes development is right in the heart of Sunningdale, one of the county's most sought-after residential areas. Villiers House comprises just 15 luxury two-bedroom, two-/three-bathroom apartments, with prices starting at £475,000. The high-specification homes are built and fitted to the standards that bagged Banner Homes a prize at the What House? Awards 2010 in the Best Medium Housebuilder category.

Each apartment offers spacious rooms, a sleek fully fitted kitchen, balcony or patio, fitted wardrobes to both bedrooms and secure basement parking. Every master bedroom has its own en suite facilities. Depending on the layout, there is a second en suite room to the other bedroom and/or a bathroom. The larger apartments also boast a separate study and utility room.

With a show apartment to view from 10.00am to 5.00pm every Thursday to Monday, prospective homebuyers are able to check out the location and quality of the properties for themselves. The Banner Homes team is also on hand to discuss their part exchange scheme, which is available on the Villiers House development.
