Ayurvedic Tea , The Most Natural Solution When In Pain

I have been drinking ayurvedic tea for couple of months now and I find it so enjoyable. I started being interested in Ayurveda once I didnt like my lifestyles as I was getting bored every day. I am in a period now when I dont have a job and I feel so useless. I clean the house every day , I cook, but still I feel like I am wasting my life. I dont say now, that a job is going to give me purpose in life , this would be so wrong . But is now, without a job, that I have more time to think about these kind of things. What am I doing with my life? Where am I going to ? First of all I am afraid of getting old. This thing scares me every day. I have nightmares seeing me an old sick lady sitting on a chair who cant get herself a bath.
After reading about how to live healthier, I decided that this might help me getting old in a nicely manner. I would love being an old lady in fit who would hide her age very well. But first of all I have to take care of my body and my health.
I do meditation each day and I am having a healthy diet. My special diet includes ayurvedic tea at least twice a day. I drink ayurverdic tea for my stomach pain, when I have a cold, when I need more energy- I have gave up coffee, this was an important step for me as I was addicted to it.
Now I am not bored anymore as I have so many things to do. Do the grocery shopping, spend some time in tea shop, have a walk in the park, meditating, singing, cooking. One day is not even enough. Luckily I am not working anymore.
I totally recommend to everybody to pay attention to what you eat and what especially to what you drink. Ayurvedic tea is the best beverage that I encourage everybody to consume.
