There is millions of Americans that smoke inside their car on a regular basis and in doing so, their car is being slowly destroyed in value and looks. Most smokers never really think about things like this, but if they really realized what type of damage that they were doing to their interior of their car, then it might make them consider what they are also doing to their lungs as well. After you have owned a vehicle for several years, the thought of trading it in on something that is a little newer with a lot less miles is what you want to be able to do. There are cleaners on the market that will remove smoke stains and smells in carpet, but you will find that it is not easy to clean completely.

Car dealerships across the nation, all have this system of rating a vehicle. So when you are ready to trade up to a newer vehicle, remember if you want to receive a good return on your trade in, then these cleaning steps must be taken. This could save you anywhere between five hundred and a thousand dollars in trade in value and that is a good bit that you could lose if the vehicle smells and looks bad. But all this cleaning and searching for the right products could be avoided by not smoking in your vehicle to begin with.
