Hunter valley in New South Wales, Yarra valley in Victoria, Barossa Valley and Clare Valley in South Australia, Coonawarra in South Australia, Margarate valley in Western Australia, Pipers river valley in Tasmaniaand some other regions have been producing the wine grade grapes. Some of these regions have a centuries old tradition while others are the recent ones to join the club.
